Various interventions were delivered over an extended time frame including: leadership and management training, Executive Director coaching, strategic planning, facilitated meetings, workshops, 1:1 interviews, focus groups, etc to review and enhance the performance of the organisation; reviewing vision, mission, values, strategy, structure.
